    All you need to bring is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily, such as a T-shirt, shorts or sweatpants. Also, please bring a water bottle. A Gi uniform will be provided for your first class if you do not already own one.

    You will need a judo uniform, called a "gi", which consists of a heavy cotton jacket and pants. A white belt is worn by beginners, and colored belts are worn by advanced students.

    Classes are held on a regular schedule. Monday 6:00pm-7:00pm and Wednesday 6:00pm-7:00pm.

    We accept students of all ages from 7 years all the way up to Adult.
